These were our thoughts as we took the time to refresh and reshape the menu of The Pigpen. While our center remained clear – comfort-style, everyday, fresh quality food and drinks – we recognized that our guests would want new and interesting interpretations as we all cautiously come back to the collective table.
Simple things done right
Our philosophy puts emphasis on serving freshly prepared, delicious dishes using locally sourced, quality ingredients. East meets West at the Pigpen, as our chefs have carefully updated our menu to bring their special touch to the best of both worlds.
